Fitness Month: PMAP X UFC Gym
For the next PMAP fitness month activity. PMAP partnered with UFC Gym. The models were taught by our very own PMAP model, Mauro Lumba, who has years of experience in mixed martial arts and is also a UFC Gym coach. Members learned how to do warm-ups, stretching, and core exercises, the UFC way. The models also learned the proper kickboxing stance, and simple Muay Thai techniques. It was a fun learning experience for everyone.
Fitness Month: PMAP x Urban Ashram
PMAP conducted its first ever fitness month last March 9, 2019. This is to promote wellness amongst our members. In partnership with Urban Ashram, PMAP women participated in a private Yoga class. Refreshments were provided by Raw Juice Bar, a sustainable and natural juice drink.
PMAP x JCI: Happy Jesus Day Project
PMAP held an outreach on December 22, 2018. The “Happy Jesus Day Project” is a collaboration with JCI Manila. The project is to help the impoverished baranggay in Mandaluyong city. JCI provided a mobile library and school supplies for the kids to use and to learn outside of school. PMAP raised funds and supplied 400 cartons of milk for the elderly. PMAP models also attended the program and helped during the entire event. Food was provided by Mc Donald’s .
Behind The Mask Halloween Soiree
PMAP Held their very first Halloween Soiree held at Marquis Events Place on the 26th of October 2018. Event was entitled BEHIND THE MASK, your fashionable take on a masquerade ball. The venue was beautifully styled by Ambiance by PIDO. Hosted by PMAP alumni, Bianca Valerio, who was dressed as a sexy black rabbit. It was a night of partying with music by DJ Miaow and open bar sponsored by Hennessy and Belvedere. The event was the launching and induction of the newest set of PMAP officers headed by newly elected Ana Sideco as it’s president. The oath taking ceremony was led by former PMAP president, Raphael Kiefer.
PMAP Election 2018 at Herma Farms Batangas
On the 7th of July 2018, PMAP held their 2018 Elections at Herma Farms in Lipa, Batangas. Several PMAP founders and alumni joined the event, namely, founders Desiree Abesamis and JB Abesamis, former presidents Ariel Atendido and Angel Agustin, and alumni Patty Betita. The day started with team building activities in preparation for the election proper at night. The PMAP founders and alumni also shared their wisdom, tips and advises to the models.
Charity Dinner at The Peninsula Manila
PMAP hosted a fund raising charity dinner for the benefit of Child Haus Foundation on July 11, 2017. It was a 3-course fine dining meal held at Old Manila restaurant at The Peninsula Manila. Friends, clients and PMAP supporters attended the event. It was also the launching of the newest batch of probationary members. PMAP is very grateful for all those who attended the charity dinner and supported PMAP.
30 Years of PMAP: A Grand Reunion
PMAP celebrated its 30th year anniversary at the Rigodon Ballroom of the Peninsula Manila on October 12, 2017. PMAP members from different generations, clad in black or white, have gathered together for this momentous occasion dubbed as “A Grand Reunion”. PMAP friends, supporters and other personalities also gathered together in this epic night. The event was hosted by PMAP alumni, Joey Mead and Marc Nelson. True to PMAP core, the event also raised funds for World Wildlife Fund organization.

Hoops For Hope
PMAP participated in a special basketball exhibition game last November 26, 2016. It was the wish of a recipient of Make A Wish Foundation. For this charity, celebrities and models participated in a friendly exhibition game to the delight of children with autism. This event was to celebrate the birthday of one of the special children and to raise awareness for the autistic children. Though our PMAP boys didn’t win, it was a very close match as the game went into overtime.
Painting for Life with Child Haus
The Professional Models Association of the Philippines is committed in helping the less fortunate by doing annual charities. This is our way of giving back to society. For this year, we partnered with Child Haus Foundation. Last Nov. 6, PMAP held a mass, provided lunch for the kids and their guardians, and ended with a painting and art activity entitled “PAINTING FOR LIFE”. It was a fun-filled day as both the children and PMAP models enjoyed the activity.
PMAP Team Building at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay
PMAP held their annual team building at Hotel Kimberly in Tagaytay on March 3, 2018. The hotel grounds are massive which includes three swimming pools (one adult and two kiddie pools), playground, an events place and a mini farm. Hotel Kimberly is the perfect place for a stay-cation and because of its size and amenities, the perfect venue for the PMAP activities as well. The team building activity was facilitated by a close PMAP friend, Jeffrey Wong. The activities strengthened the models’ knowledge of PMAP, their relationships with one another, and their passion for the association. Come nightfall, the models gathered together around a bonfire roasting marshmallows and partying for a night of merriment.
I AM PMAP Campaign
For 28 years, PMAP has been the only non-profit organization established by models and has always been run by models themselves. The organization has continued to aspire in protecting, uplifting, and professionalizing the modeling industry in the Philippines, as well as highlighting the best that the country has to offer. Our aim has always been to develop and stabilize national and international awareness for aggregate participation and involvement in the competitive field of modeling. Our organization, for the last two decades, has been a key force in the development and success of the local fashion industry.
PMAP Induction 2015 and Launching of I AM PMAP Campaign
The Professional Models Association of the Philippines held it’s elections last August 1, 2015 in Laguna. The new PMAP board for 2015-2017 is headed by President Raphael Kiefer, who takes over the position from outgoing President, Angelita Agustin-Co. On October 21, 2015, PMAP held the induction of the new board members at Sarika in Dusit Thani Hotel. Together with the induction, the new PMAP board launched the I AM PMAP campaign. SUNKISSED 2014 and Modelympics
The Professional Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP) partnered with the team of Timeless Bar and Restaurant Concepts Inc. (TBRCI) and Fearless Productions Inc. to stage the biggest Boracay collaboration event ever: SUNKISSED 2014. TBRCI is the team behind Dillingerrs 1903 and Prohibition Liquor Lounge. On the other hand, Fearless Productions Inc. is the group behind some of the country’s biggest concerts, such as, John Mayer, Usher and the Sonic Carnival Music Festival.
PMAP Team Building
Last July 12 – 14, PMAP held it’s team building and elections at Punta Fuego in Batangas. Lots of PMAP models were able to participate in the said event. This event is specially created for the elections of the new PMAP board that would take over and guide the association forward and hone new models that would continue with the PMAP legacy. It was a fun-filled weekend filled with activities. Our goal is to get to know each and every model better and to strengthen the bond within the PMAP family.
Marco Lobregat and Raphael Kiefer Organizes Summer Peace Festival 2013
Our very own Marco Lobregat, President and CEO of Ministry of Mushroom and Raphael Kiefer, executive producer for LUNA Musikalawaig, are behind the advocacy of the Summer Peace Festival 2013. This is for the promotion of peace in Mindanao and is a collaboration between Good Karma Production, Muni Productions and Ministry of Mushroms Inc. The festival aims to promote peace through music, art and food.
